What costs a credit, exactly?
One full-quality generation costs 1 credit and includes every file for your chosen mode — SVG + DXF for
laser cutting, or 3MF for 3D printing. Adding real terrain elevation costs 3 credits because it processes
satellite elevation data. Previews never cost anything, so experiment freely before you generate.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them.
What file formats are supported?
We support SVG, 3MF, and DXF formats, which are compatible with all major software including Bambu Studio, Orca
Slicer, Prusa Slicer, LightBurn,
LaserCAD, and more.
Can I re-download a map I made earlier?
Yes — open My Maps in the studio. Files stay downloadable for 7 days; after that, one
click restores your exact area and settings so you can regenerate.
Will the files work with my machine?
Yes. Laser mode gives you SVG and DXF that open directly in LightBurn, Glowforge, xTool Creative Space,
and LaserCAD. 3D-print mode gives you a 3MF that Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, and OrcaSlicer open with the
parts already separated for multi-material printing.
Do I need design experience?
No. You draw a box on a map and choose laser or printer; the studio handles the geometry. Free previews
let you iterate as much as you like before anything costs a credit.
Can I sell what I make?
Yes — commercial use of your generated files is included with every credit. Cut it, print it, sell it.
